Whatever your preferences for nature, culture or sports, the campsite’s location is ideal to fulfill any of them: a walk along the wednesday market at l’Ayguade , a ride on jetski, a guided stroll with segway gyropod, a cycle tour on one of the numerous cycle tracks, a swim , constructions of sand castles on the beach or a glance at the sunrise from the sea shore. From the campsite entrance, You can enjoy your holiday without using your car.

L’Ayguade
L’Ayguade is 483 yds from the campsite.
A few small shops stand around the main square where the traditional provencal market is held every wednesday morning.
In july and august the village festival committee provides a large offer of entertainement for every holiday-makers.

From the campsite turn left and walk 1,5 mile along the sea front.
Relax on the deckchairs and benches facing the Golden Islands meanwhile children play in the adventure play ground.

Footpaths
Hyeres surroundings are very picturesque.
Walk along on of the 3 coastal footpaths and have a view of quiet coves, tiny hidden beaches and breathtaking panoramas along the sea side.
Porquerolles is the most popular with heavenly beaches on its northern coast and steep cliffs on its southern one.
Port-Cros called “the wild island” is ideal for walks, diving and scuba diving.
Le Levant is the naturism lovers place to be.
Located on the west coast of Giens peninsula, this 3 miles long sandy beach is the favorite place for kitesurfers.
The Pesquiers saltmarsh plant, located in the heart of the peninsula carried on working till 1987.
The area is now a protected area dedicated to migratory birds and flamingos observation.
Flamingos stay all the year round and move all along the saltmarsh.
Go in search of the old part of the city: arrow and stiff streets, small corners, medieval towers and castle ruins.
Follow “the artist route” and visit the city and its typical art galleries and shops scattered along the “old town ways”.
Choose the medieval way marked route and discover small gardens, colourful provencal narrow houses, porches, tiny squares and castle remains.

It is listed as one lf the most beautiful provencal village for its historical background and exotic flora.
